Workout Challenge Day 3

The weekend's are always the hardest but I did my ab workout here it is.

Today I did....

25 bicycle crunches
25 reverse crunches
25 leg raises

Oh yes and I helped grind up a ton of meat and make summer sausage and brats. Yummy.
